  • Understanding training needs of staff through training needs analysis and ensuring training needs are meet
  • Providing effective communication and adequate information & supervision to staff/suppliers/sub-contractors
  • Ensuring timely action on investigations and prevention of occurrence or recurrence of nonconformity
  • Adequate planning project delivery processes to minimise risk and to realise budget and schedule objectives
  • Working continually on maintaining, reviewing, evaluating and improving the effectiveness of Crib Civil quality management system
  • The Crib Civil will implement and maintain a quality management system to achieve a high standard of efficiency and workmanship consistent with the objective of designing, constructing and commissioning of all works they undergo while staying committed to providing the excellence, value in the product and ongoing support.
